  1. You must be transparent in how you handle user data (for example, information provided by a user or collected about a user or a user's use of the Product or Chrome Browser), including by disclosing the collection, use, and sharing of the data.

  2. If your Product handles any user data, then prior to installation, it must:

    1. Prominently disclose what user data will be collected and how it will be used.

    2. Obtain the user's affirmative and informed consent for such use.

  3. If an extension introduces different user data practices after installation, the extension must prominently disclose data practice changes.
